About the Role

The Royal Marsden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our research strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research strategies to improve patient outcomes and advance our understanding of cancer.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and conduct research studies.
  • Manage research budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including academic institutions and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and research governance policies.
Requirements
  • Registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Experience in research management, including study design, conduct, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of research governance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
