The Royal Marsden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our research strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality research data.
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to design and conduct research studies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and research governance policies.
- Manage research budgets and resources to optimize research output.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance research objectives.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., research methods, public health, health sciences).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research management or a related field.
- Proven track record of research success, including publication and funding.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
