- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers, construction managers, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
- Hold a degree in a field related to quantity surveying or construction management.
- Proven experience working for a main contractor, with a strong track record of delivering construction and refurbishment projects across various sectors.
- Excellent quantity surveying skills, with proficiency in using relevant software.
- An annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000.
