Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Learning and Development team at North Middlesex University Hospital. As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Education and Training specialty by providing professional administrative support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in the development and management of reporting systems to track training compliance and progress.
  • Support the delivery of the Trust's Corporate Induction program, including coordinating logistics and communicating with staff.
  • Handle enquiries from internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing equipment, and maintaining a high level of organization.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
