About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Pastoral Care Officer. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and employees, providing pastoral care and support throughout the relocation process.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for candidates and employees.
  • Source and arrange accommodation, liaise with external housing providers, and provide information on local amenities.
  • Support with registration with dentists and GPs, opening of bank accounts, and sourcing suitable schooling placements.
  • Offer advice on the local area, including places of worship and community resources.
