Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tracheostomy care to patients in their homes
  • Manage non-invasive ventilation equipment and provide necessary support
  • Administer enteral feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients
  • Provide catheter care and manage related complications
  • Manage medication for patients, ensuring accurate dosing and administration
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support patients in school settings, ensuring their needs are met
  • Engage in play and physio activities with patients to promote physical and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license or be able to commute to patient locations
  • Must have experience with tracheostomy care and be willing to undergo additional training if necessary
  • Must have experience with enteral feeding and be able to manage related equipment
