We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Administrator to join our esteemed organization, Blue Arrow. This role involves providing essential administrative support within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Manage and update all inquiries in our Time Gate System.
- Ensure timely responses to emails and payroll inquiries.
- Oversee the team mailbox and address any incoming queries.

- Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
- Capability to listen and comprehend customer concerns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fluency in both verbal and written Spanish is essential.
Additional RequirementsCandidates must demonstrate strong administrative and IT skills, as there will be a need to familiarize themselves with various systems. Confidence in providing interpretation support during meetings and one-on-one sessions is also required.
