Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Manage and update all inquiries within our Time Gate System.
- Ensure timely responses to emails and payroll-related queries.
- Oversee the team mailbox and address any incoming inquiries.

- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Capability to listen attentively and interpret customer concerns.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Fluency in both verbal and written Spanish is essential for this role.
Additional RequirementsCandidates must demonstrate strong administrative and IT skills, as training on various systems will be provided. Confidence in providing interpretation support during meetings and one-on-one sessions is also necessary.
