About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to join our Technology Strategy & Planning team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in fostering a culture of innovation and driving growth, maturity, and competitiveness within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategically aligned activities to support our overall goals and vision
  • Research and evaluate new ideas and technologies, with a focus on AI and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and customer experience
  • Establish channels and platforms for idea generation and evaluation
  • Support the incubation of emerging technology skills and practices
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of innovation product development and Agile digital delivery processes
  • Strong background in user experience research and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience in launching new concepts, campaigns, and products
  • Excellent project management, change management, communication, and organizational skills
