We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team at Profiles Creative. As a Brand Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the brand and business strategies for our clients, leveraging your analytical and creative skills to drive growth and innovation.

About the Role

As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to understand market trends and challenges, and using this insight to develop innovative business strategies with clear goals and rollout plans. You will work closely with our Creative Director and the team to shape the company's and partners' strategic directions, and act as a mentor to enhance the team's strategic and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and challenges
  • Develop innovative business strategies with clear goals and rollout plans
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and the team to shape the company's and partners' strategic directions
  • Act as a mentor to enhance the team's strategic and creative skills
  • Build and lead original brand strategy workshops
  • Craft compelling pitch decks and business cases
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 6+ years of experience in strategic planning, ideally with startup or tech experience, blending creativity with analytical skills. You will also need to have a proven track record of crafting and executing brand and business strategies, turning insights into growth plans.
