About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation Strategist to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and selling our innovation products and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ignite Innovation Conversations: Bring to life the AIE vision, methodology, and case studies to clients, sparking innovation conversations and opportunities.
  • Scope Innovation Opportunities: Collaborate with account executives and clients to identify and scope innovation opportunities, driving growth across the market.
  • Drive Innovation: Create proposals for innovation opportunities using structured thinking and storytelling, showcasing the value proposition and commercial mindset.
  • Explore Innovation: Stay on top of business model, customer, and technology trends, participating in internal and external innovation communities, and mentoring other members of the innovation consulting community.
  • Create Innovation: Act as the product owner/innovation lead, working with engineers, UX designers, and product owners to build, test, and implement innovation proof of concepts for clients.
