We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Coach to join our team at Northern Gas and Power. As a Performance Coach, you will play a critical role in helping our sales team achieve their goals and improve their performance.

About the Role

As a Performance Coach, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their performance. This will involve providing coaching and training to help our team members develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

You will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying trends and patterns that can inform our coaching and training programs. Your goal will be to help our team members achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform our coaching and training programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of our sales team
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members to help them improve their performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and coaching, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to analyze data and identify trends and patterns that can inform our coaching and training programs.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. You will need to be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems.
