Violinist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Violinist to join our team as Principal Violinist. As a key member of our orchestra, you will be responsible for leading the violin section and performing a wide range of music, from classical to contemporary.

• Lead the violin section in rehearsals and performances
• Perform as a soloist and in ensemble settings
• Collaborate with other musicians to create new performance formats
• Participate in media work, digital projects, and commercial recordings
• Engage with our Creative Learning program, including informal chamber music performances and coaching of individuals and ensembles

• Proven experience as a Principal Violinist or in a similar leadership role
• Excellent technical skills and musicality
• Ability to form a cohesive team with string colleagues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
