Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's well-established company as part of a super friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day finance activities, including managing the sales and purchase ledger duties, making timely supplier payments, and performing banking and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and purchase ledger duties, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Perform banking and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Collate figures for payroll and liaise with the Accountants
  • Prepare VAT returns and other financial reports as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency in Xero software (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:
