Finance Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, processing invoices and credits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Process invoices and credits in multiple currencies
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and company credit cards
  • Process expenses, commissions, and pensions
  • Perform basic payroll administration checks
  • Post bank payments and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

  • Previous finance administration experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Part-time: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
