Deputy Nursing Manager - West Bromwich
About the Role
Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Nursing Manager to join our team in West Bromwich. As a Deputy Nursing Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our residential nursing service and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure staff are equipped to deliver excellent care.
- Complete reports and assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the service.
- Participate in the on-call rota to provide 24/7 support to the service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care management role.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, Down's syndrome, terminal illnesses, and adults on a supportive pathway with palliative care.
- UK-based nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
- Relevant experience working as an RGN.
