Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans to enhance the quality of life of our service users.
- Conduct care needs assessments and provide guidance on care management.
- Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of colleagues to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
