Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Service Manager to join our team in West Bromwich. As a key member of our management team, you will play a central role in leading our residential service and supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to enhance the quality of life of our service users.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and provide guidance on care management.
  • Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of colleagues to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, and medication audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care management role, preferably in a residential setting.
