Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Registered Children's Care Home Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of our care home. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents and will play a key role in staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and the development and implementation of care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the care home.
- Support, mentor, and supervise care staff to ensure they provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans for each child.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Utilize your expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the highest standards of care.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a children's care setting.
