We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new Children's Home in West Bromwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of care staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Key Requirements- Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a Children's Residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- Proven experience working with young people in Residential Care and as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children's homes
- Strong supervisory and management skills, with experience of auditing, budget management, and monitoring
- Good working knowledge of Children's homes regulations and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework
