Job Title: Children's Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Children's Home Manager to join our team at Field View Care Recruitment Solutions. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a 4-bed service in West Bromwich, supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to residents.

* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.

* Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the service.

* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

* 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a Children's Residential setting.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.

* Proven experience of working with young people in Residential Care and as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children's homes.

* Ability to demonstrate auditing, managing budgets, and monitoring skills.

* Knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting.

* Ability to develop a staff team to ensure they have clear vision and goals.

* Good working knowledge of Children's homes regulations and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework.
