About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Fundraiser. As a Fundraiser, you will be the public face of one of our charities, interacting with the public and seeking their support by way of regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the public in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and trust to secure donations and lottery sign-ups.
  • Work independently to achieve targets, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to persuade individuals to support our charity.
  • Represent Charity Link in a positive and professional manner, adhering to our values and mission.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve team goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or face-to-face fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
