An exciting job role has recently become available at the We are with you. They are looking for a new member for their Community Outreach Worker.

Monday Friday 9am-5pmExperience:
Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those experiencing\homelessness. ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
UK driving license. Requirements:
Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse and/ or Homelessness
Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessment and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.
Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
