About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the on-trade market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key multiple accounts in the region
  • Influence key decision-makers and bartenders to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Work closely with Route to Market wholesalers to ensure strong representation and maximize sales
  • Represent the brand at events and tastings to educate customers on our unique selling points

About You:

  • Proven experience in on-trade sales or hospitality is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
