We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this crucial role, you will provide expert clinical care to neonates, ensuring their well-being and supporting their families through their journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to neonates, encompassing assessment, treatment, and monitoring of their health status.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to deliver holistic patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to the specific needs of each neonate.
  • Educate families on neonatal health, providing guidance and support throughout their child's hospital stay and beyond.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment for neonates and their families.
Essential Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong clinical background in neonatal nursing, with proven experience in caring for neonates in a hospital or community setting.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, enabling you to effectively guide and mentor a team of nurses.
  • The ability to assess staff competence and confidence in clinical practice, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Desirable Skills and Experience

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

  • Possess a full clean driving license.
