Production Technician / Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 + Full Training + Days Based + Flexible Hours + Life Assurance + 33 Days Holiday + Benefits

Location: Workshop Based, Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Stonehouse, Chepstow, Caldicot, Gloucester and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an ambitious Production Technician / Maintenance Technician with experience in manufacturing environments, looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, identifying and resolving technical issues, and contributing to the development of new manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
