Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development activity into the Public Sector.

The Role:

As a Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with our Senior Bids & Pitches Manager to develop and implement effective business development strategies for our clients in the Public Sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Public Sector Bid Management: Support the Senior Bids & Pitches Manager in the management of Public Sector bids, tenders, and framework opportunities across the firm.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timescales and deliverables, collate responses, and coordinate all inputs for tender submission.
  • Compliance and Contract Review: Conduct compliance checks and coordinate contract review to ensure all tenders are submitted free from errors.
  • Bid Store Management: Manage the Bid Store / Bid Library, ensuring all tenders are properly tracked and stored.
  • Tender Portal Management: Manage tender / framework portals, including building a pipeline of future tenders we should be tracking.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Support the evaluation of ITT's, PQQ's, OJEUs, RFPs using a 'go/no go' process, and track and report on the status of all public sector bids across the firm.
  • Bidder's Day Attendance: Attend bidders' days for new public sector contracts and report back on all details / requirements.
  • Feedback and Handover: Collate feedback on wins and losses and share with the Bid Team, and support handover with the Bid Team to the Delivery Team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Business Development Function
  • Knowledge and experience in successful bid delivery to the Public Sector
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work calmly under pressure
  • Able to manage workload and competing priorities
  • Experience using CRM systems
