About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Fashion Designer to join our design team. As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products for our beach and swimwear department. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of products, from stylish swimwear to comfortable beachwear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new products for our beach and swimwear department, including swimwear, beachwear, and resort wear.
  • Work closely with our buying and merchandising teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop new product lines and ranges.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Work with our suppliers to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fashion design, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
