Job Title: Commercial Placing Broker

At CKB Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Placing Broker to join our team. As a key member of our brokerage network, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with risk placement and securing the best terms and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with renewals, new business quotations, and deliver outstanding service to clients
  • Develop relationships with network members to ensure new business enquiries flow through to the placement team
  • Work with members to expand and develop their clients' coverage
  • Liaise with senior broking placing brokers and support team to ensure accurate documentation
  • Negotiate with Underwriters to secure the best terms
  • Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
  • Ensure Retention levels and income targets are achieved
  • Support the regional management team in achieving business objectives and developing colleagues
What We Offer:
  • A negotiable basic salary + bonus (circa £38-45k) and all normal benefits
  • Parking paid for (circa £973 a year on top of your salary)
