Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Life, Key Person, Shareholder Protection & Employee Benefits
- Develop a well-founded understanding of the fundamentals of Insurance and its legal context and operation of the Insurance marketplace
- Deliver exceptional telephone-based advice and sales skills, mirroring the same skills in face-to-face meetings
- Project a professional and competent image, with an engaging and friendly manner, over the telephone and face to face
- Build strong relationships with clients, influencing and team building skills

Requirements
- Relevant and demonstrable experience as an advisor in a commercial setting on Life, Key Person, Shareholder Protection & Employee Benefits
- A well-founded understanding of the fundamentals of Insurance and its legal context and operation of the Insurance marketplace
- Demonstrable success providing telephone-based advice and sales
- Mirror the same telephone skills in face-to-face meetings
- A well-founded understanding of life insurance and other products to protect assets, debt, and income
- Strong relationship building, influencing, and team building skills
Working Arrangements
We offer a hybrid remote working arrangement in Milton Keynes, with the flexibility to work from home and commute to our offices as needed.
