Assessor Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assessor Scheduler. This is a full-time, office-based role in the Grange Moor area of Wakefield.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the workload of a team of assessors, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze and predict time needed to complete tasks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Monitor and report on business revenue generation targets, including number of jobs attended and assessor productivity.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date system databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other healthcare professionals to schedule appointments and manage visit requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a methodical approach to workload and ability to follow instructions.
- Stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively, targeting backlogs and work to lists.
- Educated to at least GCSE level, with 3 x A-C passes, 2 of which are in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in a scheduling role, with good geographical knowledge and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to quickly reprioritize and follow customer SLA requirements, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel.
