Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating contractors and suppliers
- Provide a first-class service to Owners, responding to their needs and concerns
- Organize activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our Home Owners
- Ensure the development is safe and secure, conducting regular health and safety checks
- Manage a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or a related sector. You will be computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
