Compensation: £35,000
We are seeking to recruit an Application Support Engineer on a permanent basis. This role is with a company that consistently receives accolades for being an excellent workplace.

The successful Application Support Engineer will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £35,000 while working in a supportive environment.
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional support to clients, ensuring that applications function smoothly and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
You will be expected to engage with clients directly, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Respond to inquiries and support requests from end-users
- Proficient in SQL and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
- Collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Advise clients on optimizing the use of software applications
- Experience with incident ticketing systems and adherence to service level agreements
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of software applications
