What We Seek:
We are looking for an innovative and flexible Literacy Educator/Instructor who is committed to ongoing development and creativity in teaching methodologies.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of upholding high standards and expectations, alongside exceptional skills in behavior management.
A talent for designing engaging and immersive educational plans would be advantageous.Experience working with young learners who encounter various learning obstacles is preferred.
The successful applicant should possess a thorough understanding of how these challenges influence learning dynamics and behavior within the classroom.
Specialized knowledge and hands-on experience with students facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties would be highly valued.Candidates with leadership experience in mainstream educational environments or relevant contexts are encouraged to consider this opportunity. Proficiency in the assessment, planning, and delivery of literacy across key educational stages is essential.
