Job Requirements:
To be able to assemble multiple Needle felt batts together to produce a heavy weight product required for the Laundry sector. A good understanding and learning of internal product codes and specifications essential.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the production and quality of all products manufactured on his/her equipment.- Ensure equipment is set to correct manufacturing specification as detailed in the production folder- Ensure that the correct material is being processed as detailed on the process card- To undertake training with a view to be able to rotate between the relevant operations as required- Responsible for the documentation of all production and quality data- Supports and follows company policies, procedures, work instructions, including the Quality Management System.- Maintain excellent housekeeping - organize and clean work area daily to ensure work area is efficient and safe.

Qualifications/ Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment- Understand manufacturing specifications and instructions- Basic IT skills- Basic literacy and numeracy- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement- Attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.- Ability to follow directions and product specifications.

NB: Pay Award Pending

NB: training rate paid until employee is signed off as fully competent to work alone.
