Production Operative/mixer

Production Operator/Mixer (Rawtenstall)
**Duties**:
- Operate and maintain production machinery/Forklift operation
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor production process and follow exact timing
- Perform cleaning duties after each batch
- Maintain a high level of "do it right first time"
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements**:
- Mixing experience would be an advantage
- Basic math skills calculations but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work alone and use own initiative
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mixing knowledge and can do skills to join our production team. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within the company.
We are willing to train and spend time with anyone who has not the above experience, Our key requirements are that you want to work and attend. We can work with anyone who fancies a change of role and has a good work ethic.
**Salary**: £8.61-£11.89 per hour
