  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 18:15 PM to 6:15 AM
  • Time Off: Enjoy Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off while still receiving full pay for the week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Preparation: Set up machinery at the beginning of each shift.
  • Safety Protocols: Conduct essential safety checks at the start of each shift.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor quality throughput and enhance production to achieve targets.
  • Documentation: Record setup, runtime, and downtime using shop floor data.
  • Machine Oversight: Ensure machines operate at optimal speeds throughout production runs.
  • Maintenance Duties: Clean and recalibrate machines at the end of each shift.
  • Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks and other necessary production equipment.
  • Safety Management: Uphold a safe working environment and handle waste materials responsibly.
  • Communication: Provide updates on progress to the Production Manager.
  • Issue Management: Report any defects, near misses, or health and safety concerns to the Production Manager.
