About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Terry Parris Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading project execution from design to installation, coordinating purchasing, manufacturing, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution from design to installation, ensuring timely delivery and collaborating with sales, design, and purchasing functions.
  • Utilize project planning skills for consistent planning, forecasting, budget control, and risk management, aiming for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure health and safety across all departments, conducting regular production meetings and managing team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, conducting performance reviews and staff motivation.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing streams.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Significant experience in building large-scale capital equipment.
  • Experience in locating and developing critical suppliers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide positive leadership.
