Role Overview: As a Sanitation Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in upholding exceptional hygiene standards and adhering to Greencore's cleanliness protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct reporting to the Area Hygiene Leader.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the shift.
- Conducting inspections to ensure post-clean standards are met.
- Maintaining rigorous health and safety protocols.
- Ensuring that equipment and production areas are cleaned to the required specifications and schedules.
- Exercising discretion while working in areas with sensitive information.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess:
- Health & Safety Level 2 certification.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification.
- A basic understanding of IT skills, including Microsoft applications.
Skills: Strong communication abilities are essential for this role.
