We are seeking a highly skilled Carried Interest Plans Manager to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our Private Markets business reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Private Markets business strategy and its implications for compensation and recognition.
  • Design and implement effective Carried Interest Plans that align with our company's remuneration principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Private Markets business and regional HR functions to ensure consistent application of our Carried Interest philosophy and design parameters.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Carried Interest Plans, including maintenance of plan records, participation data, and plan documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, working closely with internal experts to ensure plan documentation is fit for purpose.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating and managing Carried Interest Plans, including familiarity with plan documentation and the grant and maturity process.
  • Awareness of how Private Markets strategy can be supported through effective Carried Interest arrangements.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and data management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proactive and comfortable working independently, with a results-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Desirable Skills
  • Project and process management experience.
  • Exposure to robust risk management processes.
  • Experience in report writing for senior audiences.
  • Relationship management, including building relationships with senior stakeholders.
