Position: Senior Associate, Location-Based Entertainment, EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about key Mattel Brands and the Location-Based Entertainment strategy.
- Oversee Live Entertainment licensees and attractions across the UK and Core Europe.
- Manage events such as Day Out With Thomas and Fireman Sam Live theatrical productions.
- Handle contracts, partner negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop revenue-generating initiatives and enhance consumer experiences.
- Analyze industry trends to identify business development prospects.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, budget oversight, and project success evaluation.
- Facilitate cross-promotional opportunities for Location-Based Entertainment in the EMEA region.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Licensing, Entertainment, Marketing, or Events.
- Familiarity with event operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset.
