Safran Seats GB, a prominent manufacturer specializing in high-end First and Business Class seating systems for commercial airlines, is on the lookout for an Engineering Project Lead to enhance our innovative team in Cwmbran, South Wales. As an integral part of the Technical Domain, you will oversee engineering initiatives and guarantee the effective delivery of top-tier aircraft seating solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assessing project risks and formulating risk management strategies
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and financial forecasts
- Monitoring project advancement and addressing technical challenges
- Delivering transparent project progress reports internally and to stakeholders
- Coordinating work packages and collaborating with external partners
- Engaging in Design Reviews and upholding technical standards
Qualifications:
