Job Summary

The Head of Brand and Digital Communications will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our organizational goals. This role requires a dynamic and innovative leader with a proven track record in delivering impactful communications and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that enhances our corporate profile and drives behavior change
  • Oversee all external communications, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate reputation management, and social media
  • Ensure consistency in corporate communications and internal engagement to enhance our reputation and culture
  • Serve as the lead advisor on communications strategies, supporting the Executive Leadership Team in risk management and opportunity maximization
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively, focusing on cost-efficient communication solutions
  • Lead and develop the communications team, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders to advance our objectives
  • Shape and uphold the strategic narrative, brand vision, and values of FWB

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in communications, marketing, or stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in maximizing digital presence, including social media, digital marketing, and websites
  • Expertise in delivering targeted communications in complex environments
  • Strong brand understanding and ability to inspire commitment to purpose
  • Skilled in developing and implementing communication strategies and plans
  • Success in building trust and effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in creating impactful communication plans that build profile and influence
  • Strong planning and resource allocation skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
