Client Relationship Executive

Position OverviewAn exciting opportunity exists within our account management division at Rightmove. As a Telephone Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain relationships with our current clientele, providing training sessions and illustrating the value of our services.
- Engaging with a substantial account portfolio to foster connections through phone and video communications
- Assessing client requirements and delivering tailored training
- Interpreting customer performance metrics to highlight return on investment
- Meeting weekly key performance indicators and operational targets
- Implementing new initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Collaborating with internal departments to secure optimal results for clients
- Sharing insights and knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders
- Fostering a positive relationship with customers
- Maintaining updated databases and addressing inquiries from potential clients
- Proven history of surpassing sales objectives
