Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Life Sciences Recruitment. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Maximize sales revenue by presenting products, conducting trials, and negotiating contracts with customers.
  • Product Management: Manage product mix, pricing, and margins to meet business targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Utilize customer contact tools and systems to update information and respond to sales inquiries.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record, analyze, and report on sales data and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of over-plan performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the NHS competitive marketplace and the decision-making process with customers.
