Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator - Expeditor with TRS Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of project equipment and materials. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with suppliers to progress materials, equipment, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Achieve delivery of equipment, materials, and documentation in accordance with project timescales
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to foster strong relationships
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Closing out purchase orders, files, and archiving documents
  • Build strong relationships with Contracts & Procurement and third-party suppliers
  • Work closely with other appointed expeditors and Materials Controllers
  • Production and maintenance of expediting reports and filing systems
  • Assist in the PO close-out process
  • Provide technical assistance to team members in the use of the procurement system
  • Support Accounts/Commercial personnel in verifying and/or resolving queries on supplier invoices
Requirements:
  • Previous expediting experience, preferably on-site
