Apprenticeship Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager with a focus on M&E to join our established property services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure all property services functions are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to drive compliance and quality across all service areas.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their compliance needs are met.
- Relevant degree or equivalent in a field such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in managing staff and teams in a property maintenance function.
- Senior management experience in property maintenance or construction management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to evidence skills that improve services and performance, including complaints management and change management.
