Role Overview:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless and effective functioning of our retail environment. You will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to enhance profitability, ensure inventory precision, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management processes to optimize accuracy and minimize loss
- Work in partnership with the General Manager to resolve inventory challenges efficiently
- Implement operational tasks such as processing shipments and maintaining the sales floor
- Uphold high visual presentation standards throughout the store
- Contribute to a safe and productive workplace
- Assist in the handling of shipments and ensuring smooth product flow
- Address customer inquiries and communicate inventory needs
- Provide support to various business areas as required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-centric sales environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- High energy and enthusiasm with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and team members
Compensation: £13-£15 per hour
Work Schedule:
Part-Time associates typically work up to 29 hours per week, while Full-Time associates work between 32-40 hours per week. Availability includes mornings, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility during peak periods.
