About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Evolve Selection. As a leading recruitment and outsourcing organisation, we operate within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device, and Life Science sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to meet sales objectives and budget targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing education and support on product use and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop account business/action plans and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Medical Device or Pharma sales is essential.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
