Working Hours: 39 hours weekly

For over five decades, we have been dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals in Surrey. Throughout this journey, we have expanded our services and are committed to further enhancing our operations to assist more individuals in the future.

In the role of Regulatory and Outcomes Supervisor, you will report to and collaborate with the Director of Client Services, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our Client Services. As the foremost provider of supported accommodation in Surrey, we recognize our duty to create and implement outstanding services that empower our clients to lead self-sufficient and meaningful lives. As a member of our Client Services Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in fostering continuous enhancement and guiding staff to deliver modern and evidence-informed services, ensuring that our core values of excellence, empowerment, accountability, and respect influence our policies and practices.

The Regulatory and Outcomes Supervisor position is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in supported accommodation (or similar fields) who is driven by the aspiration to effect positive change. This diverse role will provide opportunities for learning and collaboration across Transform.

This position will be hybrid, primarily based at our Head Office at Bradmere House, Leatherhead, with some flexibility for remote work. Occasional visits to our services and other offices will also be required.

We are ideally seeking:

A candidate with experience in supported accommodation (or a related field) and current knowledge of evidence-based practices for individuals facing homelessness or other forms of marginalization and disadvantage.
A person who is adept with data and has experience utilizing it to assess services, facilitate learning, and guide decisions regarding practice enhancements.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a background in policy development and supporting implementation.
Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications.
Familiarity with working within commissioned services and regulated environments.
A collaborative team player who can lead without direct management responsibilities.

Do you meet most of the criteria but not all? The ideal candidate often does not check every box. If you are enthusiastic about the position and can fulfill most of our requirements, we encourage you to consider this opportunity; you might be just the person we are looking for.
