About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our North Europe operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS plans that meet regulatory requirements and support business growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams on EHS best practices and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve optimal EHS performance and business outcomes.
  • Develop and deploy EHS training programs to ensure a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage EHS investigations and root cause analysis to prevent future incidents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EHS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or a relevant scientific/technical field.
  • Proven experience in EHS leadership roles, preferably in a matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
